Studio in Pimlico with high ceiling

I’m moving out of this lovely Pimlico studio and looking for my replacement tenant. The location is super nice in Zone 1, close to tube station, groceries, and cafe. Even though it’s a studio, I found that high ceilings make the space really open up and give airy feel. It’s on the 1st floor.

It’s basically same price you’d pay for a room/ ensuite in Pimlico and you can live by yourself which is rare in the area!

The place comes partly furnished (only pull out couch and wardrobe) but I’ve bought the furnitures from previous tenants and I’m looking to do the same for next.
