Two double rooms available in 3 bed flat in Pimlico SW1V from 1st March.

My two lovely housemates are moving out to live with their boyfriends, so I’m looking for two girls to move in and love the flat as much as we do!

The Flat
Big living room, balcony, 1.5 bathrooms.
Room 1: currently £1030 pcm.
Room 2: currently £980 pcm.
The rent includes a flat service charge for hot water and heating, so we don’t have to worry about the heating bill in Winter! Rent will increase in March, in line with RPI (~4%) but tbc by our landlord.
Bills are ~£75 pp a month, including electricity, WiFi, water and council tax.

Contract
Move in 1st March 2026.
Tenancy for 1 year.

Location
Pimlico tube station is an 8 minute walk and Victoria station is an 18 minute walk away. We also have a great view of Battersea Power Station from the back of the flat, which is a 15 minute walk. There are lots of local restaurants, pubs and shops a short walk away, including a big Sainsbury’s.

About us
I’m 27, work in cancer research and play “non-competitive” netball in the week. I work from home twice a week, so this flat would suit someone who is in the office 2+ days a week.
As a flat, we love to make dinners, go out for drinks, or watch Netflix on the sofa. It’d be great to find some girls who are sociable, tidy, of a similar age (25+) and want to make this their home.
