Looking for 2 friendly professional females to join a beautiful 3-bed flat in Pimlico, next to the Tate and the river.

There are two double rooms available:

Room 1: £1,000 pcm (room with flag throw on bed)

Room 2: £1,200 pcm (slightly larger room with bedhead)

✨ About the flat:

- Modern kitchen
- Bright shared living space
- Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower (no bath to climb over!)
- All rooms have wardrobes
- Walking distance to Pimlico station, Battersea Park, plus lots of local parks, pubs and supermarkets
- Great set-up for working from home

💷 Bills & costs:

- Bills (gas, electricity, council tax) split between 3
- Deposit + 1 month’s rent required
- Rent and bills are paid to me each month, and I then transfer the full amount to the landlord and utility providers
- Tenancy must start 28th February — no flexibility on this date, sorry!

👯 Who I’m looking for:
I’m hoping to find two professional women (ideally 28–40) who are:

- Friendly, respectful, easy-going and tidy
- Considerate of shared spaces
- Happy to socialise — wine & cheese nights, TV evenings, pub trips — but not party people
- Respectful of noise levels, especially on work nights

Viewings will most likely be after work on Thursdays (4pm-5pm/6pm depending on current tenants availability) but will be confirmed when contacted. The flat is privately leased so we are restricted to the landlord's and tenants availability.

🏡 About me (your future flatmate):
I’m a 35-year-old Australian primary school teacher working in Victoria. I’m social and love spending time with my housemates — pub quizzes, wine, cheese, and (excellent) trash TV on Netflix are all favourites! I’m also respectful of everyone’s space and enjoy quiet time to decompress after work.

I won’t be working from home, so I won’t be in your way during the day. I’m tidy, considerate of noise, and enjoy cooking and crafting in my spare time.
