Double room in lovely Pimlico Mews

We are looking for a third person to join us here at the Mews from April.

The House & location
This is a beautiful 3 bedroom house, located on a quiet Mews in Pimlico and has everything you need nearby. We are less than a 5 minute walk to Pimlico station (Victoria Line), and the area boasts lots of cafés and shops, including a large Sainsburys. We are also very close to the Thames and St George’s Square Gardens is just around the corner, perfect for sunbathing and reading in the summer!

The House is over three floors, and has a cosy, homely feel. The ground floor consists of a kitchen (we have all the kitchen essentials, and a dishwasher and washing machine are included), living room and downstairs bathroom. Outside we have picnic table, where we often enjoy our morning coffees and dinner in the warmer months.

The Room
The available room is on the first floor and includes a double bed, bedside table and plenty of storage (wardrobe, chest of draws and an airing cupboard). You will be sharing a good-sized shower room with one other housemate on the same floor.

About us and who we are looking for!
Hey! We’re Lydia and Robyn and we’re two female professionals in our late twenties working in the Civil Service and NHS. We are good friends and would love to find someone who is looking to make the Mews their home!

Robyn works at the hospital Monday to Friday and Lydia works from the office with the exception of working from home one or two days a week. We spend most of our free time being active, we love running and gym classes and we are currently both training for an ironman later this year. We love cooking and hosting friends for dinner, baking and cosy nights watching movies at home.

We are both part of the “early-to-bed crew” and would appreciate finding a house mate on a similar schedule to us. We're looking for someone who is respectful and happy to contribute to keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, and making the house a home.

We are looking for a female professional to join us from 1st April, ideally working out of the hose majority go the time. The rent is £1,050pcm without bills (council tax, energy, water, WIFI) which typically come to around £160. An employment reference will be required.
