Small Double Room in Pimlico

We’re a shared flat of three girls and one of us is sadly moving back home, so we’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to move in.

🛏The room
The room is small and doesn’t have much storage space, but there is a spacious wardrobe in the hallway which can be used as a second closet if needed. There is also further storage space throughout the house. It's south facing so gets lots of light during the day.

Bills aren't included in the rent and are approximately £100pp each month. However, heating is included in the rent which is a massive bonus in the winter months!

Deposits are larger than stated, Spareroom didn’t allow for a larger sum because the deposit is shared equally for the entire flat and not by proportion of the rooms’ rent. The deposit for each room is £1,230.

👋About us
We're both tidy and quiet individuals who work full time. We have separate social lives but also enjoy going for brunch or having a relaxed evening watching tv together. One of us works in the arts and enjoys everything to do with museums, exhibitions and such. The other works in the public sector and enjoys sports (mostly watching, occasionally playing) and concerts.

We're looking for a quiet female flatmate who would also enjoy an occasional social night together. Ideally a professional who doesn't work from home full time as the room itself doesn’t have space for a desk. There is some room available in the living area if needed.

We're looking to hold viewings on Sunday the 12th of April with the room being available immediately. The agency will carry out referencing checks before the new tenancy is signed.
