Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Pimlico. Great value for the location and size, and you’ll only be sharing the flat with 2 others.

LOCATION

* Less than a 5-minute walk to Pimlico Underground Station (Victoria Line)
* Around a 15-minute walk to Victoria and Vauxhall
* 20-minute walk to St James’s Park
* A minute away from Tate Britain and the River Thames

Very central and easy to get to most places, while still being in a quiet neighbourhood.

THE ROOM

* 2 massive built-in wardrobes
* Bed, mattress, desk, chair, black shelf, brown bedside tables (currently used as a TV stand), and standing lamp are all included

THE FLAT

* There’s no living room, but the kitchen is big enough to hang out in and have meals together. The bedroom itself is also big enough to fit a sofa and TV, like I did!
* Separate toilet and bathroom. The washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom, with space to air dry clothes if preferred.
* Most of the shared areas, including the kitchen and bathroom, have been repainted recently. The kitchen has also been refurbished recently, which isn’t reflected in the photos.

FLATMATES

* You’ll be living with Gaelle (31) and Dalila (35). Gaelle has lived in the flat for 7 years, and Dalila just moved in last week! We’re all considerate and respectful, and we like to keep the flat clean and tidy.

LANDLORDS

* The private landlords are Grace and John, who are genuinely the best landlords I’ve had. They’re super responsive and flexible, and always fix issues straight away. I’ll miss them!

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO

* Rent is £820 a month, which I’ve always thought is a bargain for what it is
* Bills depend on the month, but usually range from £100–£120, including gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet, and a bi-weekly cleaner
* Move-in date is 7 June
* Unfortunately, the flat isn’t wheelchair accessible, as it’s on the 2nd floor with no lift in the building.
