ROOMMATE WANTED!

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease as of June 15th (can be as early as June 2nd) until September 2026. The flat is lovely and in a beautiful location. It is in Pimlico, with great transport links (a three minute walk to Pimlico station), and it’s within walking distance to Victoria station (10 min walk) with also plenty of bus stops around (25 minutes direct bus to Covent Garden). It is also a street away from lots of cute shops (lots of thrifting on the high street), a very big Sainsbury’s (7 minute walk), and many cute restaurants. Sloane Square/chelsea is also very close by (25 minute walk)!

The bedroom is a living room conversion so the largest of the whole flat (the kitchen has a dining table and there is also a spare bedroom where you can hang out still)! It’s fit with a very large window that allows in lots of natural light, a massive desk and chair, a stand alone mirror, a chest of draws, a double bed, lamps, and a large bookshelf.

One of the greatest things about the bedroom is that it’s on a different floor to everything else, so you still get your privacy and cannot hear anyone else!

We share one bathroom; the toilet is separate to the shower which is very convenient. We just had a lot of things fixed, so everything in the flat is up to date, including a new fridge. The kitchen is also spacious and has a lovely balcony and has lots of storage space. It also comes with a washing machine and a dishwasher!! The flat is in a beautiful, quiet building that a famous architect designed.
