Lovely double room in central Pimlico w/ garden

Double room available in our lovely 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat in Pimlico. My housemate is moving out with her partner, so we're looking for someone to take her place!

The flat is modern, spacious and really light and airy, with big windows and a shared garden. The photos are from before we moved in but give you a good idea of the space - we've since decorated it so it looks a lot cosier now (the room is furnished with a bed and bedside table).

Location is fantastic - 2 mins walk to Pimlico station (Victoria line). The flat is in a private gated zone with porter service and overlooks Bessborough Gardens. Oxford Circus is under 10 minutes away via tube, and most other central London stations are within 20. Battersea Park and St James's Park are both within a 20-minute walk, plus some really lovely neighbourhood parks nearby that are perfect for a coffee and a read when the sun comes out. Pimlico itself is a really nice area - safe, clean, and with plenty of good cafés, pubs and restaurants close by.

I'm Francesca, 29, Australian, working in finance (in the office 5 days a week). I'm clean, easy-going and like a tidy shared space. We'd love to find a girl roughly mid-20s to mid-30s who's friendly, considerate and looking to treat the flat as a proper home.

The flat is available from end of June but we can be flexible with move in date. Bills and wifi are excluded from the rent. Please reach out if you're interested!
