The room:

The flat:
Set over two floors, so it feels like a proper home rather than a flat-share. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a communal living and dining area. Two toilets serve the household: a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC, plus a separate second WC, which makes mornings far easier when you are sharing.

Your housemates:
You would be joining two friendly male housemates: a student at Imperial College and an intern working in finance and private equity. Both are quiet, clean and respectful, and we are looking for someone the same, tidy, easy-going and mindful of shared spaces.

The location:
Pimlico is one of central London's calmest yet most connected neighbourhoods, tucked between Westminster, Chelsea and the river. Pimlico Underground (Victoria line) is just a few minutes' walk, and Victoria station, with mainline rail, the Underground, the Gatwick Express and the coach station, is around 7 minutes on foot, putting the whole city within easy reach. Battersea Park and the riverside are about 10 minutes away across the bridge, with Battersea Power Station's shops, restaurants and cinema a little further along. You are also a short stroll from the Thames Path, Tate Britain and Pimlico's quiet residential streets, cafes and pubs.

Availability:
Available from 28 June as a short let, for up to three months (until the end of September). Ideal for an intern, a student on a summer placement, or a professional needing a central London base for the season. Fully furnished and ready to move into.
