Lovely bright double room in Pimlico!

Hello!

I am moving out of our lovely bright Pimlico flat and am looking for a nice girl to take my place😌

The room is a double room, lots of natural light, fully furnished with extra storage for the room in the hallways. The flat is a super spacious split-level duplex, with a separate shower room and w/c, the kitchen and living room is open plan with a wonderful sunny balcony facing the river and Battersea Power Station.

The flat offers great connections - 10 minute walk to Pimlico station for the Victoria Line and 15/20 minute walk to Victoria Station for underground, overground trains and coaches. Battersea Park and Battersea Power Station are only 10 minutes away. There are also lots of cafes and restaurants in the area - it’s a really perfect location.

You’ll be sharing with 2 lovely girls: Joanna is 25 and works in medical communications, working hybrid with a few days at home; Barbara is 30 and is a civil servant who also works a few days at home. They are super tidy, considerate and friendly girls.

Heating is included but the rest of the bills are not; we each take one utility that we pay and do the admin for, and split the cost of them all at the end of the month. Council tax is Band D. Bills usually come to just over £90 each for the month.

The current move in date is the 12th/13th September, although there is some flexibility for moving in the week before if needed, please let me know if this is a must for you and we can work it out!
