Bed sit room Pimlico

I have a single room available in a bedsit based in the heart of Pimlico. The property has many links to public transport being located a 5min walk from Victoria Station, 5min walk from pimlico station, 15mins walk from sloane square and a 15min walk from vauxhall overground station.

Battersea park and powerstation are just a 10-15minute walk away, with many local coffee shops/pub/restaurants a 5min walk away.

The street the property is on itself is a quite residential street with a church directly opposite providing a lovely view from the window. If you have a car, you will need to apply for a parking permit, parking permit prices vary depending on the engine size and emissions of the vehicle.

The room has a small hob/oven, small fridge and wash basin in it. It comes furnished with a single bed and has a built in wardrobe and a worktop.

There are 3x shared toilet and 2x shared showers within the property.

The other rooms in the bedsit have all been rented out to the same tenants for quite some years ranging from 5 years to 30 years. It is a quiet friendly household that is kept cleaned and well maintained, any maintenance issue gets sorted ASAP. The communal hallways and bathrooms are routinely cleaned every 2 days but are checked daily to make sure they are clean to use.

The rent is £600 a month and then there is an electricity meter for your room that you top up yourself, cost depends on your usage, however I think it ranges from £10-£15 per week with the other tenants. There are also electricity meters on the showers. There is WiFi at the property however I do not think that it reaches this room as the router is located in the basement. This is a top floor room. So best to assume WiFi not included.

I am the landlords son, my parents live in the basement flat which is separate to the upstairs bedsit but 95% of the time one of them will be home in the event of an emergency(lost key etc) or the need for maintenance. I live just around the corner too ,am at the property daily to help with these issues if need be.
