Suitable for a couple or a single person, my ground floor flat is just around the corner from the village centre with shops and Santander Cycle racks. It is a very pleasant neighbourhood. The flat is about 400 square feet in size, comprising a reception room, a nicely equipped separate kitchen with washing machine, bathroom with shower over the bathtub and a compact bedroom fitted with a double bed.

For a single person I am prepared to negotiate a little on the price.
I will be moving in myself from about November, that is why it is available for a limited time only.
