Double room available in 2 bed flat

I’m looking for a weekday lodger- my spare room is furnished and is a large single/small double.

My flat has a big living room, a good sized, modern kitchen and bathroom, a small balcony, and loads of plants! All bills are included. Liking animals is a must as I also have 3 cats and a little dog.

The flat is located a couple minutes walk away from Plaistow station. It has great access to the rest of London, with the district and Hammersmith lines a 3 minute walk away, West Ham station is a 10 minute walk away (jubilee line, mainline services and DLR) and Stratford only a 10 min bus ride/20 min walk away (central line, overground, king cross express, mainline services and DLR).

Westfield, Stratford Center and East Village are all close by, and West Ham Park is a 5/10 min walk away.

I WFH 3 days and week and like to have a very chilled vibe in the flat- it’s not a house party type of place. I’d like to find someone who would be keen on living this way too!
