Large double room in a Victorian pub conversion. 5 minute walk to Plaistow tube station, good bus routes and 50 metres to the Greenway for those who like to cycle or run to work.
The flat is spacious with an extremely large kitchen/living area which is a great space for hanging out or entertaining as we have retained a lot of the original features of the pub (see photos). There are large windows which let in lots of light both to the living area and to the bedrooms in the basement below.

All the bedrooms are downstairs. There are three in total and our tenants are lucky enough to have a bathroom (with bath, overhead shower and toilet), shower room and separate toilet (see photos). The bedroom has two large skylights which mean you'd get lots of natural light during the day.

The room is large (approx. 14m2) and currently has a bed and bedside table in it. We are happy to let it with or without furniture.
