The area is very quiet and the neighbours are very respectful so I would expect the same from the person I live with. Having said all of that I do like to have a laugh and am looking for person with a sense of humour, who has their own life but is also social. The price includes bills. Just to let you know a little about me, I work in the Arts and have done for twenty years.
The accommodation offers shared shower room, next to the cosy double bedroom, I am renting out, living room and kitchen. Tv and Fibre wifi avail in the room all included in the price.
