We have a furnished double room available in a warm, relaxed Victorian flat in Plaistow, on a quiet residential road. Rent is £800 pcm including bills and fast broadband, with no deposit required.

The room is furnished with a double bed, clothes rails and chest of drawers, with space for a desk if needed. The flat has a shared kitchen/diner, shared living room, separate study/storage room, two toilets, washing machine, hallway drying rail and access to a garden.

You would be sharing with friendly professional housemates in their late 20s / early 30s. The flat has a homely, characterful feel rather than a generic new-build house share.

There are two resident cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with cats. They are sensitive to other animals, so unfortunately we cannot accept anyone bringing cats, dogs or other pets.

The flat is around 10–15 minutes’ walk from Upton Park station, with good links into central and east London.
