Double Room in relaxed flat - Plaistow

We have a quiet room to let in Plaistow, on a relaxed residential road. The room is attractively decorated, and the rest of the flat has plenty of character. The room is furnished, and has two clothes rails and a chest of drawers, so plenty of storage space.

Our first floor Victorian terraced flat has a shared kitchen/diner (pictured), shared study (or can be used to store bikes - or you can store them in the nearby bike locker), and garden. There's everything you'd expect (washing machine, shower, two toilets, ceiling drying rail in the hallway so you don't have to hang clothes in your room if you don't want to).

The other housemates are lovely - It's a warm, cosy flat with plenty of shared space: it feels like a home. One housemate has two cats (who are very well behaved), so do consider this if you have allergies.

Rent includes bills and fast broadband.
