I’ve got a bright double room becoming available around 1st of July, in a friendly home shared with two lovely ladies (one is me, the live-in landlord) and one extremely important household member: the cat. She runs the place… we just live here and serve treats.

Your room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed with a great mattress for starfish sleeping, wardrobe + chest of drawers, shelves for all your stuff (or plants, no judgment)
If you WFH a couple of days per week, there's space if you wish to bring your own desk set-up

We have a fairly large garden – complete with a mighty BBQ ready for summer feasts, table and chairs
The living room is relaxed, with a 55" TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime (binge responsibly… or don’t)
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials( less a dishwasher)
We share 1 Bathroom (kept clean, we promise)
There is high-speed Wi-Fi for WFH, streaming, Zooming, doom-scrolling—whatever you’re into.

All fixed bills included(Council tax, water, high-speed wi-fi, Netflix, amazon prime video).
Electric & gas bill not included, but we split fairly.(around £60-£70 each during winter, and around £20 each during summer)

Getting around is very easy as the area is very well connected 10-15 min bus ride to Stratford, Canning Town, Custom House with bus stops -2 min walk away
10min walk to Plaistow station
Shops -2 min walk

Seasonal perk: In summer, the garden transforms into a mini organic farm… meaning fresh homegrown tomatoes for you. Yes, really. 🍅✨
