Double room

Hi
I have a double room available for rent in a terraced house.
The room comes furnished with a queen sized bed, mattress, chests of drawers and a, wardrobe.
The living room area, kitchen and bathroom would be shared with me(live in landlord) and one other person and a tiny cat.

Bills such as water, council tax, Internet, Netflix are included. Gas and electricity will be paid separately based on consumption( roughly £70-80 per month during cold season)

Great amenities around and transport links: bus stops 2 min away, 10min by bus Canning Town for DLR and Jubilee line, 10 min bus ride to Elizabeth Line, roughly 10 min walk to Plaistow station.

I'm looking for someone clean and tidy and respectful. I would like you to treat the house and feel like home and not just a rental.
The ideal scenario would be a friendly professional who wouldn't mind sharing a drink/meal after work and watching a movie every now and then.
As a live-in landlord I'll be on hand for any issues and these will be resolved promptly.

A bit about myself: I'm 36 and work in finance. I love cooking, cycling, reading, watching movies and socialising with friends.
I'm easy going and flexible and absolutely love dogs and cats.
