The resident housemate is Sam - she is absolutely lovely and very considerate! She works on site Monday-Friday. Although she is incredibly sociable, the house is a space to relax and recharge. No loud parties to respect the elderly neighbour next door. Please note this is an LGBT friendly household.
The room is available from September 9, 2026 - flexibility if you need a slightly earlier move in date. All bill included.
