Subleasing of London's Room 800pounds/person/month

Looking for a female roommate, currently there are two female roommates. I hope you love cleanliness, are willing to communicate with roommates, and have a legitimate identity to stay in the UK.
The sublet room comes with a table, chairs, and wardrobe, and has a window. The room has good lighting and views. The public area (kitchen and bathroom, toilet) is equipped with a washing machine, oven, refrigerator, kettle, filter, vacuum cleaner, and washing machine, making life convenient.
The surrounding transportation is very convenient, and you can walk for three minutes to reach Plaistow subway station. There is a convenience store on the nearby street where you can easily buy groceries and cook. The Stratford Shopping Center is a 20 minute walk away.
There is a large green park near your home. Surrounded by residential areas, it is very quiet at night. You don't need to worry about noise affecting your sleep.
Water, electricity, broadband, and council tax are both included in the rent (780 pounds per month), and gas fees are additional expenses, around 20-30 pounds per person per month, which are not particularly expensive and do not require any additional burden.
