Double room near Plaistow station

Hi there,

A double room is available in a spacious house with excellent access to public transport.

There are 4 bedrooms + living room + big kitchen + garden (with some rasberries and tomatoes etc) + huge terras + 1 bathroom with toilet + one more toilet in the house.

There are 2 floors, the room advertised here is on the first floor. It is a medium size double room with double bed, drawer, table and a wardrobe.

The house is in 6 minutes walking distance from Plaistow Station (District line and Hammersmith & City line)
15 minutes away (by bus) from Startford (Central, Jubilie, Overground, DLR, Rails, Buses) and Canning town (DLR, Jubilie, Buses) station
And there are plenty of buses around such as 115, N15, 473, 262, 69 ...

There are 5 adult to share the house with (2 women, 3 man). Everybody is friendly and relaibly in the house and we are looking for someone with alike.

The rent is 675£/month for single person and 775£/month for couples which includes already all bills and fiber internet.
Deposit is half of the one month rent.
The room is available for moving in from today.
