The Room:

Located on the 2nd floor, the bedroom currently has a small double bed but this can be swapped for a full-size double. There is a massive wardrobe & plenty of space for a desk with plenty of natural light. It’s a long room so the pictures don’t do it justice!

The House:

Newly renovated, the house is split on 2 levels, the whole of ground floor is a massive open plan kitchen & living room with a dining area & a guest toilet. The main bathroom is on the upper floor. The living room furniture is currently being swapped out.

There is a lot of natural light in the house and a massive patio / garden. We also have access to the garage for any extra storage if needed.

Me:

I’m Della (24) and currently work in a law firm & do PR for a record label on the side.
I like going to gigs but am not a party person - but occasionally like having friends around. I like to be friendly with my flatmates but appreciate everyone needs their own space and privacy!

I’ve got a little cat who is usually glued to me at every chance she gets , she sleeps in my room so she’s pretty quiet. Therefore we are looking for someone who is okay with cats 😊 (if you’ve got a cat feel free to reach out still - ideally no more than one too keep it friendly between the cats!)
