There is a small double bedroom available for rent in Plaistow from the 1st week of September. Rent is £950pcm with all bills included!

The house is conveniently located 3 minutes away from Plaistow station with direct access into the city in 20 minutes! Stratford is only a short bus ride away where you can find anything your heart desires ✨

It’s split on two levels, the 2 bedrooms being on the upper floor. The bedroom currently has a small double bed and has been swapped around which allows for extra space. It does fit a full size double which we can arrange with the landlord if needed. It’s a long room rather than a square and comes with a massive wardrobe as well and space for a desk.

The whole of ground floor is a massive open plan kitchen & living room with a guest toilet which is super convenient when having friends and family around! It’s also perfect for WFH days as the rear counter is a dining table with lounge chairs.

The main bathroom is also located on the upper floor. We also have access to the garage for any extra storage if needed.

There is a lot of natural light in the house and a massive patio / garden which is being worked on this summer to have more flowers and greenery. Some of the furniture in the living room will be swapped out as well, for a bigger sofa for example. The house has just been fully renovated with all brand new furniture and appliances 😊 it is rented through the landlord and not agency which makes communication a lot easier when it comes to any issues or repairs.
