This is a two bedroom flat with one male guest in the other room. With you, there will be two people living in the flat, one seperate kitchen and one seperate bathroom.

Rent is £195 per week or £845 per month. Rent from the date of arrival to the end of the month with returnable key money of £390 is payable in the start. Later, rent is payable every month at the start of the month.

The other room is given on Airbnb during Easter, Summer and Winter holidays to one male guest when I am away.

Flat is very close to the bus stop, gym, shops and all other amenities.
