Couples room in 2 bed house

Hello, I'm renting my other bedroom in my 2 bed house in Plaistow ideally to a couple!

The house is a victorian terrace, with a garden with a German beer bench, a lively tomato plant, and a bay tree (no buying bay leaves ever again!)

The house is a 5 minute walk (I've measured it) from Plaistow station on the District and Hammersmith and City lines. It's such a great place because it's only just into Zone 3, 4 stops and 1 change to Canary Wharf (takes me 20 mins door to door when I go to work there). Elizabeth line is 2 stops away. Jubilee is 1 stop away. 25 mins to Kings Cross from the door (I work there sometimes too).

It's awesome because the Greenway cycle route is 5 minutes walk or 2 minutes cycle away which takes you to Stratford in 5 minutes and Victoria Park in 15 on the bike. I love cycling and so that's a huge plus for me.

The road is quiet and the neighbours are friendly which I love. There's a Turkish shop over the road which has a delicious olive counter - can get a big punnet of fresh tasty Kalamata olives for a fiver. I basically do not stop eating them.

The other housemate is a 35 year old lovely welsh guy who works in Sound Recording. I've known him since I was 15 and can vouch that he is an exceptionally great guy :D I'd love to find flatmates for him that get on well with him (although it is not hard to get on with him because he is so lovely).

I'm moving out to live with my boyfriend but we have lived together for over a year and I am so sad to leave him and the house. It's my place so I keep it really well maintained and am also keen to do anything to make it a good renting experience for anyone who comes. Would happily pay for a cleaner, and a gardener every now and then if you'd like.

By the time the move comes I'll have smart heating. Have just had the electrics redone and new lighting put in especially my favourite new under cupboard lighting in the kitchen. There's a mini dishwasher, a giant fridge freezer, and the bathrooms got underfloor heating. I'm mid-decoration, with newly sanded original wooden boards just being done and new woodwork! I'm so excited to see it completely finished and ready for a new person.
