The location is ideal if you're a cyclist as it's right by the greenway: a bike and pedestrian only corridor that takes you to within the City of London in 30 mins. 🚴🏽

15 min walk to the nearest District/Hammersmith & City line tube station, or a 15 min bus journey to Custom House station (Elizabeth Line). Several bus stops within walking distance.

Amenities within a 5 min walk include: Tesco Express, Eastern European grocers, multiple takeaway options, neighbourhood Deli Café, two different parks.

I'm Niki (26). Interests include: language learning, making music, getting through booker prize shortlists, non-English cinema.

As a flatmate I'd love to be your friend and hang while allowing personal space for both of us, as well as space for guests and get-togethers. I think cleanliness is important - but more in the sense that being clean and being considerate often go hand in hand.

There is a step on the entrance way from the street.

House is unfurnished but some of my furniture will be coming in. Your room will have a brand new double bed and mattress put in.
