Living room is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV, and a 3-seater sofa.

Kitchen is equipped with appliances including washing machine, gas cooker, electric oven, integrated fridge, microwave, bread toaster, electric kettle, and ample amount of cupboards storage. Landlord has also provided a basic crockery, and cooking pans set.

There is a full Gents bathroom on ground floor, and a full Ladies bathroom on first floor. An open plan living and kitchen with a small, paved back garden.

House is centrally heated through Hive Smart Heating management system. Temperature is set on auto control to maintain 21 degrees C (mostly reads 22 degC), with an alarm set to 18 degrees C to avoid frost/cold in the house.

Utilities: Electric, gas, water, council tax and internet bills are included. However, a fair use policy applies.
Property is equipped with high-speed community fibre internet.

Property is fitted with 24/7 CCTV. One camera at entrance corridor covering main door, two to cover the front of the house, one to cover the backyard entrance, and one to cover the rear side of the house.

This is Live in Landlord property, and a co-living space open to both professional males and females. Landlord travels frequently due to work reasons hence mostly not around.
