Private room available in a welcoming 3 bedroom house, shared with two easygoing housemates and one lovely cat. The room comes furnished with a double bed with mattress, one chests of drawers and a little wardrobe.

The living room area, kitchen and bathroom would be shared with the live in landlord and one other person and a tiny cat.

Bills such as water, council tax, Internet, Netflix are included. Gas and electricity will be paid separately based on consumption( roughly £70-80 per month during cold season)

Great amenities around and transport links: bus stops 2 min away, 10min by bus Canning Town for DLR and Jubilee line, 10 min bus ride to Elizabeth Line, roughly 10 min walk to Plaistow station.

I'm looking for someone clean and tidy and respectful. I would like you to treat the house and feel like home and not just a rental.
