The flat approximately a 8-minute walk to Plaistow tube station (District and Hammersmith and City Lines). A 13 mins bus ride away from Stratford Station (Central, Jubilee, Overground, trains, DLR, or the Elizabeth Line).
Space
I have a small double room in a quiet two-bed flat in Plaistow. It has a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden. The flat also features a washer dryer, TV, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a fast fibre-broadband internet connection.
Currently, the room has a small double bed, but a new wardrobe, bedside table and bedding will be placed before arrival. Additionally, I can place a desk and chair if required. I’m also able to provide additional storage space in the understairs cupboards and in the bathroom.
Ideal for a professional seeking a comfortable base during the week.
The rent starts on a sliding scale from £350 per month for two nights a week to £500 per month for - Monday to Friday/four nights a week. I am happy to consider other variations and will adjust the rent accordingly. Bills are included.
