The room is a furnished double, with a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, desk and chair. Their is an en-suite with a shower.

It's a spacious, modern, 3 bedroom new-build flat, with an open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is secure bicycle storage available in the basement. There are two roof terrace areas with seating/plants.

The location is excellent, directly opposite Plaistow tube station, with a Co-op, coffee shop and The Gym Group just across the road. West Ham Park is a 10 minute walk. Transport to:
-Liverpool Street - 25 mins
-Stratford - 10 mins
-Soho (Tottenham Court Rd) - 30 mins
-London Bridge - 25 mins

We’re professionals in our 30s — working in academia and cosulting, and one in our 50s in finance. We're clean, tidy and sociable, though generally quiet during the week. We sometimes work from home (from bedrooms) but are often in the office. Evenings are usually spent watching TV, going to the gym across the street, or heading out for a drink.

We’re fairly busy and not always around, so we’re looking for someone who's largely independent but keen to socialise now and then — whether that’s a local pub visit or a takeaway and drinks back at the flat.

Rent is £1,400 per month.
Bills included (council tax, utilities, broadband and cleaner twice a month).

3-month minimum term. Shorter-term lets can be negotiated.
