Garden flat near to the tube

A double room in a relaxed garden flat in a quiet area close to parks and foot/cycle paths as well as the tube.
I'm looking for a female lodger. LGBT friendly.
I am a social science researcher in a London University.
I am into social justice and the environment as well as enjoying indie music, art, TV and film.
I enjoy socialising with a diverse range of people but also enjoy alone time.
I have had international students and visiting academics stay with me.
The room has a desk and bookshelves as well as TV and clothes storage so will suit someone who needs somewhere quiet to work.

The flat is fairly minimalistic but with a cosy and arty ascetic. It would suit someone who is career minded and wants a tidy and restful base camp that is well connected for exploring London. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but not designed for intensive cooking or storing bulk-bought groceries. It would suit someone who prepares quick meals during the week and perhaps enjoys occasional baking etc at weekends. There is a dishwasher to keep the worktop clear.

Smoking is allowed in the garden which has seating and a small bbq.

The council tax is band b but there is an exemption for students.
