Double room in a 2 bed flat in East London - £1150 pcm

Hi everyone ☺️

Unfortunately my lovely flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to move into my 7th floor, 2 bed flat in Plaistow from 1st September!

Location:

- The flat is in Plaistow, East London (E13) and is across the road from Plaistow station (literally a 10 second walk!!)

- Plaistow is on the District & Hammersmith & City lines, and also only 1 stop / around a 15-minute walk to West Ham for the Jubilee line, so it has really good transport links into central London and Canary Wharf

The room:

- It’s a spacious double bedroom and comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe

- You’d also essentially have your own bathroom! It’s accessed from the hallway so technically isn’t an en-suite, but my bedroom has its own separate bathroom so I wouldn’t need to use yours

The flat:

- It’s a modern and bright 2-bed flat on the 7th floor, with a shared kitchen/living area and lovely views. There’s also a lift and 2 shared outdoor spaces

- As it’s only a 2-bed, you’d just be sharing with me rather than moving into a big house share!

About me:

I’m 25 and work in finance in London. I’m sociable and would love to live with someone I can get along with – have a chat after work, watch TV together, go for a drink etc. I also respect each others space and like having my own downtime too!

Ideally looking for another girl around a similar age/young professional who is friendly, clean and wants the flat to feel like a home 💖

Bills: approx. £175-200 pcm
