🏡 Friendly, Clean & Sociable House Share Plaistow

I have furnished rooms available in my home in Plaistow, E13, around 6–7 minutes’ walk from Plaistow Station.

One of the nicest things about the house is its green outlook. Directly in front of the property is a large green open space with mature trees, so when you step outside, instead of looking straight at another row of houses, you’re greeted by greenery and trees. It gives the house a surprisingly peaceful feeling for London, and you’ll often wake up to the sound of birds in the morning.

I’m looking for more than simply someone to occupy a room. I’d like to create a comfortable, friendly and respectful household with people who get along, enjoy the occasional chat or coffee together, while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.

A Little About the Household

I’m a clean, tidy and organised person and like to keep the house the same way. I’m friendly and easy-going, enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and appreciate good conversation.

I’m looking for clean, respectful and well-educated housemates who are open-minded, friendly and enjoy a good conversation. A good level of English, native or non-native, would be ideal, as English will be our common language at home.

I’d like the house to have a sociable atmosphere where we can have a chat or coffee from time to time, while still giving everyone their own space. It’s not a party house, but equally I’d prefer a home where housemates know each other rather than everyone simply disappearing behind their bedroom doors.

🏠 The House

There are three bedrooms, each rented to one person only. Including myself, there will be a maximum of four people living in the house, so it will remain a relatively small and comfortable household.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared between us, and the house has high-speed Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for everyday cooking, including a fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

I live at the property, with the living room as my private space. As access to the garden is through the living room, the living room and rear garden are not included in the shared areas.

Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves and help keep the shared areas clean and tidy.

🏡 House Rules

This is a smoke-free and alcohol-free home, and I also ask that no pork is brought into or cooked in the house. I’m looking for housemates who are comfortable with and respectful of these house rules.

Double rooms: £800 pcm
Single room: £700 pcm

All bills included, including high-speed Wi-Fi.

Minimum stay: 1 month
Deposit: 1 month’s rent
Occupancy: Single occupancy only
