Spacious Double Room - For Singles

I have one new furnished double room available with good quality bed with good mattress, new spacious wardrobes and a mirror. The rent costs 580 pounds including bills and fast internet, this rate has taken into consideration of the recent rising bills. This spare room is suitable for one young professional who works outside the home, who is respectful as well as friendly, clean and tidy. Previously we shared with couples but now we only take a single person.

My flat has been recently renovated and has a decent new kitchen, new bathroom and new shower, available now only 5 minutes walk to Plaistow tube station, easy to commute to Central or other parts of London by tube or buses, close to Lidl, Asda, Iceland, Sainsburys and Morrison supermarkets and easy walking distance to the local market.

Lots of personal space allowed as only share with 2 people, the kitchen has a microwave, a new fridge freezer and a washing machine.

Photos of the flat will need to be updated and personal viewing needs appointment in advance as I have been busy working mainly weekdays and I prefer replying to email then schedule appointments for viewing.
