Hi everyone. I'm going to be away for January and the start of February, so am able to let out my double bedroom (I am the homeowner) for around £800 for a 28-day period, inclusive of bills. There is also a separate double bedroom available for long-term rental. The house has 3 bedrooms in total.

LONG LET DETAILS:

The room has a set of sliding door cupboards, double bed, south-facing window, desk, shelves and a laminated floor.

SHORT LET DETAILS:

It's a spacious room with built-in cupboards and space for a desk too. I will be away from around the second week of January for a 4-week period, so if you are looking for a short-let and don't want to pay excess for an Airbnb, this might be suitable for you. This may be ideal if you are new to London and want a secure base quickly whilst looking for housing longer-term.

The HOUSE INCLUDES:

*A Large kitchen equipped with dining table, 4+ chairs, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, utensils, breadmaker, dishwasher, washing machine & fridge/freezer.

*A Living room with 3-seater leather sofa, 2 tables, 2 swivel chairs and desk, 35-inch flatscreen TV & box set.

*An Upstairs bathroom with bath/shower, mirrors and downstairs guest bathroom.

*Double room available. The room has deep built-in cupboards, a bin, ironing board, multiple hangers, desk and chair. Each are lockable from both the outside and inside. The double has laminated Scandinavian-style wooden flooring.

*A chest of drawers under staircase and other extra storage space next to bathroom, outdoor shed/bike storage and in loft.

*A Tiled garden & patio/yard ideal for barbecues, socializing, penalty shoot-outs, badminton etc. Includes lines for hanging out clothes to dry.

OCCUPANT DETAILS

34 yr old man with international living experience and former options trader. Non-intrusive and generally out of London in Continental Europe 1 in every 4 weekends. 2 women in their 20s.

*Ideally between 20 and 60 years old, employees and students are both fine
*Preferred stay: 1-month
*Guests are welcome anytime with no extra charges.
