i'm advertising a spacious, very quiet double room within my new build apartment in Plaistow.

The room that I am renting is newly fully furnished with a king size bed (accessible for storage underneath bed), chest of drawers, massive build-in wardrobe, bedside unit and a dressing table if needed. There is also a 32" TV included in the room.

'BT superfast fibre' internet is available via WIFI, electricity and water is all included.

Electric cooker and oven, electric pressure cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer and kitchen utensils (forks, knives, plates etc including kettle and toaster), Dyson V10 cordless hoover, ironing board and iron are all included

In the bathroom there is also a shower and bath tub as well a toilet and sink.

My apartment is 5 minutes walking distance to Plaistow train station (Hammersmith and City line as well as District line) and 15 to 20 minutes walking distance (7 to 10 minutes on the bus, all buses are frequent 241, 262, 473 & 69) to Stratford station (all major lines). From my appartment to Canary Wharf is 20 mins during peak hours

Iceland is 10 minutes walk from my apartment for food shopping and Tesco express is 5 minutes walking distance. As mentioned above Stratford shopping centre and Morrisons is a 7 to 10 minute bus ride. Not to mention Westfields shopping centre for all your clothes shopping and essentials. Less then 30 seconds away is Percy Ingles and there is also a local cost cutters.
