- We have a super COSY MEZZANINE ROOM in a super cool flat up for grabs
- £620/month with bills included
- We are looking for a trustworthy and considerate female/LGBTQ+ professional/student, who is easy to get along with and is clean and tidy
- Sadly, we don't accept couples, nor pets. The landlord only allows one person in the mezzanine
- The flat is located between Canning Town and Plaistow
- Viewing is definitely a must!

Mezzanine Room:

- Furnished: double bed, mirror, chest of drawers, 2 clothes rails, warm and white lighting features, night table (you can add your furniture too).
- Warm, big, and cozy space
- Carpet
- Modular walls that can open for a cool set up and natural light and closed for full privacy

The flat:

- A warm, bright, high ceiling modern living room with two sofas, a big glass dining table with accompanying chairs, two sofas and a coffee table
- 42" TV and a wall projector for cinema viewing
- Vodafone Superfast 2 internet connection
- A small but very functional kitchen with a fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer
- Bathroom with a toilet and a shower/bath
- All bills included

About us:

Friendly and sociable full-time professional couple, a busy filmmaker, and an architect/student. We sometimes work from home.
When not working we like:
- Watching movies and shooting movies
- Exercise for good health
- Go out with friends and explore the infinity of London spaces
- Occasionally we like to share yummy dinners with friends
