The flat is located in SE18 1JT with very good links to London Bridge via Overground and the City via DLR from Woolwich Arsenal. Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) will run from Woolwich Arsenal. Across the road is a park and there are plenty of small shops and take-aways within a 2 minute walk. Buses stop outside the flat and cover routes 96, 99, 177, 180, 422, 469 and night bus N1.

The flat has all mod-cons including unlimited superfast broadband. There is a large garden (BBQs!), shared living room, kitchen and separate bathroom and WC. Home gym and cinema room located in summer house. We have 400Mb/s fibre broadband WiFi.

The housemates are myself, I'm around one/two weekends a month, a guy working as a mechanic and a guy working in the music industry. We're all tidy, clean and considerate.
