I'm looking for a housemate for my house in Plumstead. It's a 3 storey Victorian terraced house with a garden at the back.
As well as the room to rent, the house has a storage room, sitting room, small dining room, kitchen and one bathroom (with bath and separate shower).
There's currently just me and my cat in the house. I'm very clean and tidy and I'm looking for a housemate who is similarly clean and tidy. A cleaner comes once a week and would need access to the room. I also enjoy cooking, listening to music, films, gardening and exercise (including yoga that I have only recently taken up and am loving 🧘♂️🙂).
Plumstead railway station is 10 minutes walk away; and Woolwich Elizabeth line station is about 15 minutes away via bus.
I don't have a garage but there are no parking restrictions on the street.
