We're looking for two housemates to share our lovely Victorian house with a friendly male motion designer. The house features a spacious bathroom equipped with shower and bath, a fully fitted kitchen, charming pinewood floorboards throughout and a beautiful small garden at the rear.
We’re looking to rent out two rooms, one single and one large double situated on the top floor of the house, part furnished, bills and broadband included.
We’re happy to provide fridge and microwave so you could be almost self contained on the top floor although you’d be sharing the bathroom.
The house is couple of minutes walk from Plumstead Common and a 10 minute bus journey from Woolwich Elizabeth line and DLR stations.
Lots of new restaurants opened in the Woolwich Arsenal new development and a new weekly Saturday morning farmers market is close by.

Single Room £550 per month, large double room £650. One month rent payable in advance, minimum 6 month stay

I’m ideally looking for two people who work out of the house most of the time, as I work from home and would appreciate the space.
This accommodation is perfect for professionals in the creative industry or students.
Would prefer two friends or two people who know one-another.
