Large Master Bedroom Available From Jan For ST Let

Me, my housemate and my cat Didier are looking for a new housemate for a short term let with a possibility of moving to long-term to live with. I WFH all week and do a couple of shifts elsewhere too! I am a very creative, compassionate & active person and love to try new things all the time so the house can get a little crazy now and then. The house is clean most of the time…and you will find that most of it has been NEWLY RENOVATED. New Kitchen, New Bathroom, New Bedrooms and Newly decorated walls. There is a super long garden out back which I will be having done up while you’re staying here as well as other work around the house.

The area is quiet, minus the screaming children in the primary school and the street is notoriously known to be a super friendly one.

For travel, you can catch a bus from here to Woolwich Arsenal Lizzy Line which roughly takes 20mins and then you’re straight into London with another 20mins. Abbey Wood Station and Plumstead are roughly 20-30 minutes walking distance too. For any parking, there are spaces on the street outside the house for you. Great access to major roads including the A2 as well.

The room is a very large master bedroom and can fit numerous pieces of furniture alongside what has already been included. Upon request I will also allow for shelves to be put up depending on your length of stay.

Me and Didier are both looking for an animal lover who is genuinely okay with living with animals. We only will accept a hard-working professional to live in the space and someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly. Meat is eaten in the house so if you’re not a fan of being around that, then this isn’t the home for you. I am massively into drum and bass or any sound with a sick beat so it’s better you know now!

As far as size of the home, you won’t be disappointed! As I am planning to move away at some stage in the new year (around April), I will be only advertising the room to rent without sharing the living space for the time being as I will occupy this until my move date. There is a dining space which I will add some furniture too and can be transformed in due course.

The space will be clear of all my belongings before your arrival.
