We are seeking a vegetarian/vegan tenant for a newly constructed bedroom located on its own floor, complete with an adjacent bathroom, which would not need to be shared. The room is fully furnished and features a modern design. All bills are included in the rent.

The bedroom is located in the loft of the house. The bedroom has a small double ottoman bed. There is also a big storage space in a hatch. The house is modern and fully equipped. The garden is large with a gym room in the garden.

The property is very conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the main part of Plumstead High Street. This area offers a variety of shops and services, including pharmacies, a post office, supermarkets such as Tesco and Iceland, as well as independent international supermarkets.
