We have an attractive, spacious room available in a lovely Victorian terrace house located in Plumstead Common, South East London. You will be sharing the house with two professional females who work in the creative industries and one male cat called Courgette !

The ground floor features a living room, dining room, and kitchen, with a garden at the rear. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The house is fully equipped with modern conveniences, is cozy and quiet, and all bills, including internet, are included in the rent.

Free on-street parking is available. The location offers easy access to Woolwich Arsenal Station, the DLR, and the Elizabeth Line, with buses running every 10 minutes. The journey time to Central London is approximately 12 minutes, allowing for quick commutes to Canary Wharf, City Airport, and other destinations.
