Looking for a lodger in Plumstead

Room available in semi-detached house on one of the nicest roads in Plumstead. Just a short walk from both the Slade Cafe and the Plumstead Pantry and moments away from Plumstead Common. Room is comfortable and only other house occupant is myself - I often work from home (I run a group of international schools and have worked in education for many years) and have two elderly pugs who are friendly and far too old to be any trouble! Bathroom is large and shared just with myself, same with the kitchen. Although I do smoke a little I never ever smoke in the house. I love to cook and can often be found in the kitchen. Full fibre internet, Sky tv, every possible cooking appliance (bar a microwave), nice back yard with a massive bbq smoker. Like to think I'm pretty easy to share a place with - I love music, film, fashion and good food, I am very well travelled and have lived in lots of different countries. Room available from the end of August.
