Housemate for cottage in SE18

I'm looking for a housemate to share my house in SE18. Large, light, double bedroom fully furnished and newly decorated.

Peaceful house, calm vibe. Shared sitting and dining room

Very clean kitchen with modern oven, washing machine, microwave.
Shared bathroom with bath and
shower.
Small garden with terrace and washing line. Bike storage
Cats welcome (and preferred)!

You will be sharing with one other
person (me) I am not around a lot,
maybe a couple of nights a week max, so you will have the house to
yourself most of the week. The
possible downside is that you will
need to be comfortable with your
own company.
I'm in the middle of decorating, some of the pics show this in progress. Your room will be finished this week. Rest
of the house will be pretty much done in September.

Close to Plumstead station; Woolwich and the Elizabeth line are a short bus journey away.
