The bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living room are shared The flat has 3 rooms. Room 1 has 2 ladies (and one 10yo boy ia staying temporarily but leaving in December/January). The other room has 1 girl. All workers a part of the boy, who is student.
The flat is very quiet, most of them spend the day out working.
Cleaner service is arranged in a weekly basis to maintain the communal areas clean, but everyone is responsible for maintaining the flat clean.
Calm and family orientated flat, not suitable for party people. No smoking.
Pets may be considered depending on the size as the flat is small.
Couples considered, rent is £1200 for 2 people.
2 weeks deposit.
Contract is provided.
