• Bus stops on the main road that go either to Woolwich for The Elizabeth Line, National Rail, DLR and other bus connections or to Welling for National Rail. Buses run early til late.
• Historic Greenwich and Canary Wharf are near. Close to the Kent boarder for countryside escapes.
• Shopping retail parks such as Charlton, o2 and Bexley. Large supermarkets near and Tesco express a few mins walk away.
• Plenty of green spaces nearby and local gyms.

• I’m a female London lifer so happy to help you settle in if you're new to the area.
• I tend to wfh as a Designer (I use the third room as my office)
• I have a very friendly outdoors Tabby cat.
• Im clean, tidy, considerate, easy-going and respectful of boundaries and looking for the same in the tenant.
• I’m open minded in who would like the space as long as they have autonomy over themselves and are respectful of the property as I've put a lot of time and effort into creating a home. LGBT candidates are welcomed.

All bills/CT are included in the rental price. I will still take on the majority of the general maintenance. I have put a guide price, so please reach out with any questions you have and what your situation is (length and budgets). Happy to find a solution that works.
