En-suite Large Double Room

Hello, my names Courtney (25) currently working as a civil servant. My former flatmate is moving to a different area of London therefore we have an En-suite large double room free in a 2 bed 2 bath flat with a balcony in Plumstead, the rent and bills is split equally as I prefer a large bathroom and happy for a new flatmate to take the biggest room! The flat is a new build and we were the first tenants. This will all be done through our estate agents therefore you will need to provide referencing to them.
