Minimum stay: 4 weeks
Short-term stays preferred – approximately 1–3 months

Rent is payable in advance.

🔑 Holding Deposit & Checks

A holding deposit will be required to reserve the room while the necessary checks and agreement are completed.

The holding deposit will be deducted from your first rent payment when the lodger agreement begins.

The holding deposit may be retained if a prospective lodger provides false or misleading information that materially affects their suitability, fails a Right to Rent check, withdraws from the proposed agreement, or fails to take reasonable steps to progress the referencing or agreement within the agreed timeframe.

Right to Rent and appropriate referencing checks will be completed before move-in.
