Bright, spacious double room overlooking Plumstead Nature Reserve in a relaxed Victorian home, sharing with just one other person and two friendly cats. Bills, council tax and high speed broadband included.

The room comes fully furnished with double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table / drawers and desk.

The house has a large living room, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen, private garden and unrestricted on-street parking.

Plumstead Common is less than a minute away, with Plumstead station around a 10-minute walk and Woolwich Elizabeth line around 15–20 minutes away.

There are regular buses nearby, local shops and excellent cafés within a few minutes' walk, and Woolwich has a good choice of larger supermarkets. Oxleas Wood, the Thames Path and Thames Barrier are also within easy reach.

I'm looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and easy-going, and who enjoys a friendly and relaxed home.

I'm a live-in landlord working in the creative industries. I enjoy the outdoors, cooking (and good food!), running and photography. I eat mostly vegetarian/pescatarian food, so vegetarians or pescatarians would be particularly well suited to the household.

I'm looking to start with a 3-month agreement, with the opportunity to extend longer term.
