Pretty house overlooking the park great area

The house overlooks Winn Common and has front and back gardens, so it feels really relaxed. Local transport is great with Elizabeth Line, DLR and loads of buses within reach. Great Wifi, fully furnished. It's a 2 bedroom with a very large shared dining/sitting room, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower, stripped wooden floors, central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, neutral decor. It's in a friendly street, with great neighbours. The area is very safe (street lighting etc). The room that's available is a double room with a new IKEA bed that can be a single or rolled out to become a very comfortable double. There's under bed storage, hanging space, a huge mirror and large window onto the garden. Council Tax band C. Looking for someone who is sociable and happy to shared the common areas, but who is also conscious that personal space and privacy is important. I'm happy to have parties and guests sometimes but not all the time! I go to UAL so someone interested in art, culture, theatre, cinema would be ideal but it's not a deal breaker.
